For me equality cannot ever be achieved without listening and a proper re-evaluation at how we look at the past. The stories we tell and the ones we have been taught mostly only tell half the story or from one perspective. Usually from the view of the one who is telling it. The truth is somewhere between the two perspectives. Equality is about listening.
